"That's how stupid the state is" Or how smart. "How the F does that make a difference? Large or small, hydro IS zero-emission." The utilities have to be at 50% renewable by 2030. If you count large hydro, the Big 3 can just about say, "We're already there", and do nothing for the next 11 years. "The least you can do is admit it and demand that our politicians stop tripping over themselves." Why would I do that? It's going the way I want it to go.
