So Mueller knew no collusion in the first couple months and then hung around for almost two years trying to provoke a process crime, but believed he couldn't charge. You'd think he had plenty of time to verify his understanding. We're still left with no obstruction because there was no underlying crime of collusion.
Well put. Succinct and to the point, especially the part about a "process crime."

Obstruction doesn't work that way and as I've shown there were other crimes. Collusion isn't even a crime.
