Free speech, yes. Making social media platforms (or press or anything) provide access to every racist and weirdo, no. In fact, that's the opposite of free speech.

"Freedom of speech is guaranteed under the Constitution."

The Constitution says, "Congress shall make no law respecting..."
That means Congress can't make a law requiring Facebook to allow hate speech.
