As someone with a big stake in Actv I don't consider this deal bad at all. If it goes well they could get financing to roll out quickly and on better terms. I'm greatly relieved that we won't need anymore $ for the Texas area. This financing puts us over the top. We now know we won't win or lose because we could not raise the neccessary capital.
A crucial piece of the puzzle.

Good luck to all, Art

Congradulations, for seeing the light. The HYPERS and SCAMARTISTS, will try to intimidate anyone trying to reveal their SCAM. If you write anything negative (valid or unvalid) on ACTV they will bombard you, ridicule you, etc. etc,

RC LIED: He said that anyone answering my posts or concerns would cause him NEVER EVER to post on this thread. Well he cannot afford to stay away. Who will take over as CHIEF HYPSTER.

None of the hypers have even attempted to alleviate the many concerns, and the TROUBLE signs that ACTV is showing.

The latest the new issueing of debt with dilutuion, and paying 17.5% of future REVENUES and its effect in causing the demise of ACTV does not bother them.

Furthermore even if I should grant you that ACTV"S technology would be a succes the current comment shareholders will not reap those rewards. The battle may be won but the common shareholders will lose the war.
