Hi All,

Suppose the FY 1997 EPS of $.44 as estimated by Mr. Kecseg (the analyst) comes true. What do you suppose would be a fair valuation for the stock? I see about $6.5 with a PE of 15 (which is about what we're at now). Mr. Kecseg estimated 3rd quarter 97 EPS of $.12. So I place some confidence in his estimates for 4th QTR estimates of $.11 and $.44 for the year. That's not too bad considering the dilution and all. I know I'm guessing as to the price but it's better than watching the price drop further and further (I realize price guessing is what got us partially into this mess).

The last rumblings I got from Fearnow's office is that they're expecting an announcement and a conference call to take place within the next 30 days. Hopefully, before then. I was also told that no warrant monies would be used to by back Wilson's shares. They were hoping to get an institution to purchase them.

I finally had to take my socks off to get them washed. Wading through all the crap going on now tends to get the socks dirty.

Still long on BNGO, but dreading to look at the stock price,

Jim,

If they continue to bring 25% of sales to the bottom line it would obviously take $26 million in gross just to equal 97 assuming the 35% tax rate. Considering the gross right now is around $10million, I would agree with you that some deals have to be cut soon. And too, with the probability of gaming taxes will they be able to remain at the 25% figure? Someone a while back indicated $40 million was possible - I hope they were right.
