During 1997, I sent letters to each of DSC's outside directors and to DSC'c chairman in which I felt that DSC'c current chairman was not the person to take DSC into the next century. If you have read some of my comments over the past few months, you should have a good understanding as to my concerns. As a backdrop, I have been a shareholder since 1986.
