Carl: Good questions. May I suggest, however, that someone other than Jeff start developing reliable lines of communication with the Company. Since I am such an abrasive person, it obviosly should not be me. Ed Pettee has talked to George before. Perhaps he could become our "designated speaker." The information we have received from Jeff has been so full of it, and often totally contrary to what he said at an earlier time, that I don't believe anything he announces. Any volunteers to represent the thread and call NorAm on a regular basis? George

CArl i just got back and saw your questions. I will answer them as they were asked 1) NO 2) yes, yes and I have many times, and the most recent response was that he understood and felt bad terriable about the delays. He said yesterday that he hoped to have a release out last week but with everything that was going on with his situation and the lottery. He needed to confirm some things and hadnt been able to reach V-Land, but was trying, and expects to have some news out soon. He told a shareholder besides myself , that there should be something in a few days. lets hope so, like you guys are saying one way or the other, im not selling i just want to know, along with you.George said he was waiting so that his news could be more concise, that is all he said. 3) My opinon of the VLT situation is , to be honest im not sure if they are running or not, the last report we saw said they were supposed to be up by now , but we havent heard if the chips arrived so it is hard to Guess. I agree we all need to know the answer. As far as the other 100 i would once again have no idea, i tried to get a little tricky and call down there(SHARP), but they were all out of the country anyway, I personally saw them building the second hundred but since we have not heard about the chip problem or a second shipment i doubt they are on there way. Im sure they are ready though, maybe more then 200 by now. 4) I think george has something up his sleeve (good) and we should know soon . 5) i agree about your Dog i have resorted to asking mine for PR questions rathering then wasting the time on calling you know who.
