I wasn't expecting much from this commercial announcement, but I'm extremly impressed. In California a business can have inbound intrastate 800/888 at a fantastic 6 cents per minute. I'm really going to make some hay with this new program. I was expecting NO momentum for Excel on this new commercial program, now I'm expecting a substantial impact. Troutt is allowing all Reps who get just 20 commercial points by June 1st to be vested. To all you Excel Reps, take these new programs and hit the street running. This will eventually have a profound effect on the stock price.

Rob S, Congradulations on your call on the upward movement of ECI stock. The stock has moved over 10% in the last 48 hours. I sold some more ECI puts yesterday- February 12 1/2s. Hopefully the company will have more positives in their conference call next week. I wonder if the McNabbs have covered their short position.
