I experienced this while driving from philly to long island four years ago.
There was suddenly a few mile wide (narrow) band where the rain fell like niagara falls.
I couldn't see just a yard ahead.

Then I experienced similar flash floods at various random places since.

When the atmosphere gets this disturbed by climate change, the local fluctuations become so violent at random places that flash floods, wind storms, tornados, ... seem to become increasingly common.

Only trumptards deserve to be in the middle of these and vanish, which is the best they can do to help humans survive the climate disasters
