Ron & Everyone, DOW JONES has picked up on the DCTC buyback release. Guess someone else things it's pretty darn significant. ALSO, one of my sources has tipped me off that it is possible that one of the more popular Newsletter guru's could be putting out a buy recommendation on DCTC. I have not yet confirmed this story but hope to find more later. "Grupo Brad de Scoopo' Man"

DCI Telecommun To Buyback Up To $5M Of Common Shares Dow Jones Newswires STRATFORD, Conn. -- DCI Telecommunications Inc. (DCTC) plans to buy back up to $5 million of its common shares on the open market and in private transactions. In a press release Wednesday, DCI Telecommunications, a supplier of telephone services, said it has about 14 million common shares outstanding.
