Joe,

I do thank you for all of your efforts and hard work! From the bottom of my heart (and wallet).

Now, since you are in the mood to buy back some shares, I'll let you have my shares for say $15 per share... even without seeing the next set of PR. GRIN.

Mitch

JJM,

I would think PW has enough clout to be in place by next Thursday morning. Good choice. Is there any reason why PW would not allow their reps to discuss DCI with their clients. Since you are on a roll anything can happen. It will be nice to know DCI has a friendly MM on the list next Thursday morning. Waiting anxiously for your next press release Friday or Monday.

Best Regards

No Joe,

Not bad at all!!!! WOW, is more like it. I want to take a second to post what little I know about calling cards in the foreign markets. Please correct me, clarify, and add whatever you feel would help Joe. I have introduced a bunch of new investors to this stock(despite what the gallery thinks about my short position) and know there are a bunch more just lurking and learning and reading. I figure it would be beneficial to all to recap for them some of our strong points as a company.

Calling Cards are huge in Europe and Latin America. They basically look like credit cards with little computer chips on them that allow the buyer to prepurchase calling units. These units get used up when the caller places the card in the phone. Some units get used up when placing the call and more get used up based on the distance of the call. There is a little meter on the phone that shows the caller how many units they have lef. tFor long distance calls, the units are used up faster(you can actually hear a beep as the units get used, so faster beeps when long distance). Aside from the value of not having to deal with phone company credit checking to purchase the cards, the cards have mass collectibility appeal!! Each card has a number on the back that tells you how many of that card were produced. Some say 2,000,000 some say 1,000,000 some as little as 25,000. Well guess what, the lesser produced cards are collectible items. Their are images of soccer players, landmarks, .. on these things. With that in mind, folks are buying these things not just for practical use but to collect which opens the market to just about anyone. THESE ARE HUGE JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE BUT THE US. I dare say control of the disribution channels helps promote each companies phone cards as there are many companies producing them. This is why we were able to make such a killing on the sale to SMTK with our UK cardrights.

This is just one example of Joe purchasing a hot little company and getting its full value by selling it to another company who appreciates that value. Anyone who wants more proof, just watch and wait.

You will see discussions on this board that debate what the announcements will be, when they will be, which decisions are better than others(like my prefering not to borrow to get funds for a buyback) but that does not mean we are down or trying to beat the company up. Some folks here will take immediate offense to any such discussion but that is normal as investing is a VERY emotional experience especially in a little company like ours. If you feel some folks are just hyping, it is because that is their nature and they get very excited(and rightfully so). Don't be turned off by that, they mean well.

As Grupo says, invest according to the style that fits your needs. IT IS YOUR MONEY but don't miss this great opportunity presented here. I have traded this stock(but every stock in the world is tradable as they all go up and down) but that is my style and for the folks that don't like it, TS. I always have some DCTC shares tucked away because I will eventually guess wrong when I think this will settle back a bit and it will take off and never come back.

Now, I hope some of the others can mention a bit about Muller Media, CYBERFAX!!! prepaid cellular or any other topic just to introduce our newbies!

WELCOME ABOARD FOLKS,

You will like this train ride.
