Timoteo, yes I think it is clear that CTXS earnings have flattened and will likely decline from here. This means a drastic drop in stock price when the growth is factored out of the PE. I think CTXS will see 30's by summer.

Timoteo, it is probably also clear to CTXS management that earnings are going to flatten or retreat and the stock price will get beat up. Given that knowledge, they may want to sell some more stock first. Look for heavy insider selling and maybe even a secondary offering or convertible issue in the coming weeks.

I made this same prediction for VIAS and ZITL about this time last year when they were flying high and that is exactly what they did. It is just common sense that if your stock is over valued that you should try to cash in on it.
