Hi Lois,

Most of us "say nothing" when we have "nothing to say."

Red Chip is right, of course. The next six months are "show me time" for Simula, and based on conversations I have had with senior management, it is clear to them as well.

The first quarter should have a modest swing into profitability, and the second quarter (because the consolidation of the San Diego plants is scheduled for the latter part of April) will have another "modest" improvement. By the second half of the year, 16G seating should be a real business...that is, of course, one with profits rather than just revenue rampup...and ITS should continue running smoothly.

I believe that what all the regulars of this "thread" are looking for is an ITS order. Most probably, NHTSA will issue the new Standard 201 regs relatively soon, and following that, there is no excuse that I can see for the company not developing a fair portion of the side-impact head protection market.

That is the "payday" we have been looking forward to. It is now merely a question of waiting to see if we are right.

Have a good evening.
