Creative Accountants, How does Qualcomm handle the conversion of the preferred securities to equity. They convert at $72 and I do believe that a portion of them may have already been converted. See the SEC 424B4 on Edgar.

sec.gov

I noticed in the recent balance sheet it still shows the full $660 million as a liability instead of part liability and part newly paid-in-capital.

Does the SEC 42B4 mean that the listed shares have been converted to equity? Am I interpreting this form correctly? I am not familiar with SEC forms. Is there a list of form definitions available somewhere? When does the $ move to equity?

TIA
