Hi hum... it doesn't work Snowy. We all know that such records are weather. That's what the settled scientists tell us. There were doubtless record lows set today too but they are not keen on reporting record lows. Mqurice

Yesterday we hit an all-time high of 90 degrees F here... Only if you think Time began in 1952, which is as far back as records go in Anchorage.

Heat FINALLY hit Toronto.. By this time last year we had I think over 14 30C or better days.. we are at 4.. My melons. tomatoes and peppers are finally waking up.. Got a few peppers.. trapped a rabbit and two groundhogs freeloading .. Son says dad I saw a ferret today in the plot .. should I set the trap .. (I am thinking bait it with fresh vole? LOL) NO son.. ferrets are GOOD.. but likely it is a weasel (stoat).. and they are bloodthirsty carnivores... BLESS their little hearts ..!!!! The adult groundhogs may be a bit big for them .. but rabbits on down are food :)) hallelujah !!
