We think so. The street has been expecting a string of news releases, and whether they come out this month or next is not the issue. The company is involved in a lucrative business with many complexities on the way up. They are resolving outstanding issues one at a time, and news cannot be released until all requirements have been met. After a week of heavy trading, last week, the stock has settled down. Nervous sellers have once again depressed the share price - albeit temporarily. Looking at the entire trading picture, we have seen the stock move around within a dime range over the past 6 months. The stock has tried breaking out several times, but anticipated news did not come out, dampening any chances of a breakout. As we get closer to fundamental developments, the stock is getting cleaner. I suspect the stock will make a strong run on positive news, creating a technical breakout, causing many sideliners to jump into the action.
