This stock has been very active of late and seems to have established some newsletter interest because of it. New management will be responsible for the future "gaming" direction of the company. Flying Disk and its CD Rom productions will not be a part of this new business according to the current president of Flying Disk.

Watch for the company name change to Software Gaming Corp. Anyone have more info on this one?

The following due diligence and comments appeared in the Stockman Forum newsletter submitted by Topcat...
"Two weeks ago, FDCD issued a Press Release indicating intent
to change their name to "Software Gaming Corp."... this intrigued
me because of the success (at least in terms of stock price) of other
publically traded companies in the gaming sector... and coincidentally,
look at Section B20, in this Saturday's Globe and Mail (July 19, 1997),
"These Stocks are for High Rollers Only"... this is a comparison of six
stocks in an area FDCD appears to be rapidly moving into...
CryptoLogic ($10.12), Gaming Lotter ($6.85), Atlantic Int'l Entertainment ($3.75), etc... what this article says is that companies are poised for on-line gaming by getting licences through offshore locations where it is legal or by developing software products for licence... most companies are in the early stages and don't have revenues and earning... BUT... there are 30 private casinos doing this and the number is expected to double... SO... where does FDCD fit into this picture.... WELL....
someone has clearly identified this as an explosive sector with
huge upside growth potential and it appears they are putting a
plan in place to take advantage of the
opportunity....!!!

HISTORY: FDCD was a shell on the OTC... there was a little bit of
clean-up, financing, then in June, they purchased a 25% position in
CyberGlobe... why... (excerpts from June 14th Press Release)... "....
CyberGlobe is a new media and electronic commerce company
specializing in development, distribution and delivery of content,
products and services over the Internet. Its flagship product CyberGlobe Navigator is an online navigational tool and access system used to build and manage online communities of interest through the Internet. An entertainment section has been developed and will include online gaming (primiarly outside of North America) upon receipt of appropriate licensing to operate such games. Full transactional processing services, including processing of products, services and pay-per-view data and games of chance, where permitted by law, are incorporated into the system...".... CyberGlobe has about 40 employees and apparently revenues in the range of 12 to 14 million dollars per year (and growing), they are clearly well advanced in the information technology area and capable of undertaking this development...

STOCK ACTION: dramatic increase in volume over the last few weeks as the stock price moved off the bottom... there was a quick spike to a new high at $0.35, followed by a typical pull-back to $0.24... then on Friday it shot back to its new high on volume over 600,000 shares... SO... putting two and two together (and a few rumours) the most likely scenario is that FDCD will use its strategic alliance and 25% ownership of CyberGlobe to enter the lucrative on-line gaming sector... and something must be starting soon...

ANALYSIS: the short-term price of the stock will depend upon 1) how
tightly the shares are controlled, 2) whether a financing is required
and if so, at what price and how serious the financing groups are in
the project, 3) at what stage of development their on-line gaming
products are, and 4) the value of their 25% ownership in
CyberGlobe....

In comparison to other similar ventures, FDCD appears "speculatively" undervalued... and to reduce the level of risk somewhat, at least FDCD owns 25% of CyberGlobe, a company with significant revenues....!!! interesting to see what develops over the next few weeks..." TOPCAT
