My interpretation of this trade is that one large holder sold to another large holder facilitated by a MM. I think the trade took place at $20. So I gather that the seller had his price and the trade couldn't take place until the stock got up to that price. The trade itself did not impact the price of the stock either up or down. So I think the amount of stock held by large holders remains the same. Absent this trade the volume was again extremely light. But the price seems to be increasing. Three days now and in a difficult market. Is there some good news on the horizon?

TO ALL: Additional comment someone on this big trade first brought up by Marc Newman? Was this big trade cosummated outside the NASDAQ public net and what we see was only the end result of their private dealing on, for example, the InstiNet? It appeared to me that this big trade brought the small indivual investors back to live again for the rest of session. Would anyone shed some light on the implication of the big trade -- bullish, bearish or neutral? As a first time poster, I want to thank all the posters before me for their contributions to this thread. Ken
