I don't know how many FISA warrants get issued each day, it might be a large number. I was under the impression that it was not. I was also under the impression that because it was a secret court, which ought to be appallingly illegal under almost every imaginable situation, there were particularly strict guidelines. Further, that one of these secret judges would be well versed in the ins and outs of the tricks and so on, that's why they get to be the secret judges on the secret court.

To hear that this is all run of the mill, busy, busy, missed that one, sorry. (And that one, and the other one over there, having a bad year) is surprising. Sounds like more groundskeeper type work, preparing the fairway for "mistakes were made' and other things of that ilk.
