Jack... You do not convert your PFD. that you are getting 6% to go to common with no yield. Also, they can convert anytime they want, so timing of an event is not in play. I assume they have been selling the stock for a few weeks if not longer. Damn!! there has been alot of paper sold in this company. I'm still a bull but we have got to start seeing alot more volume or this bad boy is not going to get off the launching pad anytime soon. Waiting for the 29th, and NMS.
