I hope this thread does not fall into the same trap that it did before the warrant call. I.E. outlandish claims of earnings that were just over the hill. IMO the Darlington machines will produce 50% of the earnings that the machines BNGO is operating at their own sites. Together with the management problems we might has to wait until the political situation levels out before there is much movement in the stock.

Always Hopeful

I don't know if this applies here, but on the RAIN thread Dennis Vail is beginning to organize shareholders in order to get someone on the board of directors that is not a Berman plant. This was his post on the Yahoo board regarding this:

Oreville, you wrote:

Absolutely!! I've a few thoughts on the subject. I think the first question is what form the polling takes.
First I think
we'd like to compile informal lists of shareholders that suppport each initiatives seperately. I think most
of us support both. I
do at any rate. We'd need at least in the preliminary phases to preserve everybody's privacy as much
as possible and use 'net'
names' rather then real names for those who wish. On the list of shareholders supporting electing new
board members we'd prefer to
have shareholders state the # of shares and the house holding the shares. But it would, again, be
essential to find a way to keep
that information private yet record a running tabualtion because we don't want to attract any predators
or just make anybody even
worry about that. And a lot of people do.

I say we'd like to know the holding houses because I believe those houses can vote the shares of
shareholders who don't send
in their proxy any way they want. We want to make sure those houses know their clients that hold
RAIN will be very upset if
they vote with management on those shares. We don't ask they vote for us. But we do ask they abstain
with those votes. With so
many firms competing for our investment dollars I'm sure that most houses would want to demonstrate
to us that they are the sort
of company that takes independent investor concerns seriously. Particularly when we post each houses
response on the various
forums.

Also, we'll be 'tabulating' from at least four RAIN forums that I know of and that could get confusing.
Make that WILL get confusing. At some point we'll need a website and if we have some techies with
us good enough to provide a secure posting forum. maybe we could get SI or Yahoo or Web Fool to
provide a secure site for us to create our electronic petition. Quien sabe?

Obviously it would help having a chat room on the web for brainstorming, caucusing and organizing
too. But your right, the first thing we need is a secretary!! I was in the wrong line when that gene was
being passed out too. Any secretaries out there.?
Regards,
Dennis

-------------------

For those of you who do not follow RAIN, they have no COO right now and are in dire need of some top notch management to take them to the next level. The company has grown from a garage concept to an international company with agressive expansion plans. They need the proper leadership to take them there. Sound familiar?????

Anyway, it may not hurt us to try to get together a list of questions for management to answer during the upcoming conference call or at their web-site. If we had a list of names and shares held maybe we could exert some pressure, I don't know. In any event, we would need someone to compile the questions and deliver them to management for answers. If you are interested in presenting number of shares represented I would expect that the person doing the compiling would also have to be trusted with such information so as it is kept extremely confidential. No, I am not volunteering for this, I just thought I would throw it out as a possibility. I think an organized approach would meet with a more timely response than the current ask on the thread and the company will answer once a month on the web-site, if they have time.

Ideally, if management has the time or the inclination, that person chosen could be a contact person for the company. That way anytime things seem to be out of hand a more calming approach may be taken. I know this sounds crazy, but in today's internet world, who knows? I would bet crazier things have occurred.

Thoughts?

GO PACK GO!

PS - Incidentally, I posted this message to someone whom I think might have the ear of management and might be able to better help us in this endeavor. <<gg>> However, that would be entirely up to that person to decide.
