The following is a copy of my notes from the January shareholders meeting. The notes do not have a cohesive organization other than the order they were presented by Bill Stoddard. Please feel free to ask me any questions. PBS video. There will be a video broadcast after the 19th of this month. American Environmental Review (800) 880-8485, number mentioned on video. Image problem with OZON, they are suffering from regulation controls. Positioned as only other solution for food sanitation. Installed laundry 5 billion/ year. EPA mandates as related to wastewater makes OZON more popular. STER-O-Zone 100 will need substantial modifications to be approved by FDA. Throughput poor and less than 100% reliability it works on flat surfaces only. STER-O-Zone 400 possible replacement. Moving forward slowly because of slow FDA approval. Not abandoned totally yet. American Linen has a couple of plants. OZON needs less water and an approximate 90 degree temperature. OZON works better than a colorfast bleach. Exceptional results with HCA. Extends the life of materials by 40%. Whitens whites better than chlorine and does not fade colors or turn polyester blends yellow. Hill Rolm sale complete, debating 5-25 more units. Crowne Plaza Riviera 300+ hotels. Shipping to Japanese industry end of month a consumer washing machine prototype. A consumer machine could eventually be produced for $700 more than a typical consumer washing machine being produced today. OZON requires soap 45-20%, surfactants retrofitting is all that is needed for laundry. Laundry business is hard to crack. OZON has patented chemistry for soap and maintenance. The monomer product can be compared to a DuPont monomer and will be used with another polymer. If the project is approved, OZON will have a contract to produce the monomer for $170/lb. The contract will be for approximately 10,000 lbs. The monomer met and exceeded the specifications set by NASA. The product is environmentally safe. Revenues consisted of; Organic substances shipped, Material handling and accounting system, 2.5 million on bid for this product and 1.7 million on bid for laundry. Results next Thursday sales up by 300% overall of last year. Just invited to attend fruits and vegetable conference. Two large poultry projects in works. Recognized as ECO pure as the standard 3rd quarter results, delightfully surprised. Atlanta poultry conference next week, Bill will speak. Burn rate $200,000 monthly. Losses less but still there. Four or five industrial gas companies looking for developing product. Bill agrees that gas companies have a lot of interest in OZON. Food is the hot topic. Every application will be different. Set up pilots in vegetables, very confident they can master quality food manufacturers. Will speak at the annual produce conference. Ster-Ox looking for a strategic alliance, lengthy discussion, talking to others. Medical (first application) a more PH balanced form, for soap and mild disinfectants. Product on shelf now until FDA approval is obtained. The research I have completed and posted is an expression of my opinion. No one should rely on my information to make a financial decision without contacting OZON first to verify. I make no representations either expressed or implied in regards to my postings. Go OZON!
