The reason to go public? To raise part of that $10+ billion they say they'll need to build out their system. If you call the company and ask them about this KIWT Bulletin Board stock they'll probably tell you what they told me - they didn't intend for their stock trade this way, it just kind of happened (because the employees wanted to trade it). I'm looking at it this way: it's a way to slip in under the back fence to own stock alongside the company employees/insiders -- before they bring it public. I've owned California Energy, MFS, CTEX for years. I believe in these people, particularly Walter Scott. The record really speaks for itself. Good luck.
