Not true.

Natural gas is an input, and they said in one of the calls that natural gas rates in Q3 and going forward are and look to be lower in Q3 and going forward.

Also, they are doing a 28 day turnaround in Dubuque in Q3, the explanation being that it will improve efficiencies (which I assume means operating costs should decline post turnaround).

They are commodity maker, so inputs expense and sales price can vary a lot and often. The trend seems to be in fertilizer's favor. Go fertilizer!
