Trump is using racism as a distraction...... no shit?

Trump is a racist. He know it, we ALL know it. His racism is not a political strategy as much as it is a lifetime belief system. Anyone who discusses Trump’s attack on Cummings without mentioning the investigation that Rep. Cummings is doing is only telling half of the story. The racism is an ugly attack on the fabric of American society, but the purpose of that attack is to distract from his crime family's activities.

Trump’s racist tweets serve several purposes. The racism helps Trump keep his base with him, divide the country, and it is part of a cover-up that is intended to change the subject from the behavior of his administration. It is not a coincidence that Trump went racist on the same week the Mueller testified, and Oversight Chairman Cummings stepped up his investigation into email crimes by Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

Ignoring racism will only embolden and allow it to take root.
