HI John,

Hard to argue your view.<smile>

I've for the first time in a long time got the fever on a new C8.

Mostly because it is mid engine.

I've had two Lotus Eurpa's in the past and mid engines are superior design.

I will wait for a year of two. Chevrolet always seems to hurry the introduction of a new version. Then a year or two later they add a killer high performance package that in the past killed the earlier models. Example was the 1984 with Throttle body FI vs the 1985 Multi point Fuel Injection. Completely killed the resale of the 1984's and everyone paid all the money to get the new style. Ditto the SSR that first year had a 5.3 V-8 and later had the 6.0 V-8. hurt the first years resale badly.

A 2022 sounds about right to me..

They do look exciting to own and drive.
