If the markets are at a record high and you spent half a decade or more ignoring my advice to have some in stocks, I'd sure be careful about dumping 1/3 into the stock market all at once! That is how major tops are made... when FOMO has the last fearful person go into stocks. I'm not sure when I started putting in advice how I'd DCA into the markets but my guess is it is in the old newsletters as it is these days. Key would be do it over maybe a year or two and use periods of major weakness to accelerate the DCA.
