From what you quoted, Naxos had 90 days to exercise the second part of the option, which was "to pay another US$250,000 plus 2 million restricted shares ,to earn permanent rights to use the Johnson-Lett assaying methodology.." Naxos apparently obtained a thirty day extension to exercise the option "to earn permanent rights" to use the J/L method.

Kim, please correct me if I'm wrong.
