Good morning Dale This is a good point of clarification that you've raised. Zona owns one patent (#5,565,466) and has one patent currently pending. Zona's approved patent is a method patent and gives Zona exclusive rights to deliver phentolamine via the oral mucosa for treatment of male sexual dysfunction. Zona's pending patent is a formulation patent for vasomax and its fast dissolving composition as well as methods of use. My understanding is that if the second patent is not approved, this simply strengthens the rights of the first patent.
