Well maybe it was the fact that I stayed up last night singing, "Tonight is the Night" or some other sleep deprivation cause, but your statement of applying for a second patent and if it isn't approved will strengthen their first patent, is very confusing to me.Why in the hell would anyone apply for a patent if is going to weaken their patent protection they already have? You imply that a rejection is a positive for ZONA> I will sit back now and wait for an explanation and while waiting I will hum a few bars of my favorite song.(:>)
