Good Point!!! They are hard to come by....... MRVC has been great though with their acquisitions....very strategic in nature....great at execution...... I would like to say the following.... since I invested in MRVC, I watched the stock soar and fall, soar and fall....anyways.....I did take the liberty to sell quite a nice chunk at 35 earlier this summer.....I repurchased a good amount again at 20 this Dec. thinking the stock was undervalued...... However, I would like to raise 1 concern....since investing in MRVC initially, I have watched the # of shares go from 18 million (post splits) too 26 million.....I loved the splits and got the 3/2 and the 2/1....however, they have sold quite a few shares and diluted shareholders interests....this acquisition, IMHO, makes up for the added dilution....
