Roger Take a look at SAB (Saba Petroleum), they have made a floorless convetible offering recently and have potential. However, not a short at this point because: -there is a 120 days lock up period on conversion from Jan -it will probably be run up significantly, (my hunch) before it goes down, so there is an upside risk in going early. Would it bother you if the whole private placement was made to only one instituitional investor (instead of many?, what is the norm?), why? I will be watching this closely for an entry point which I think will occur in 1-2 month's time. Thanks for comments
