oh.. the "kid" comes from being just under age 30, and that i started in the cab biz @ 22...
in cab years.. every month turning a wheel= a year in white collar life..
i am about ready to retire....
hehe...not a charter member, but a member nonetheless of the million mile club..

Many stocks are reporting after the close today. AMZN, SEBL, ITWO, and GTW. One gentlemen who seems to be a very astute and successful day-trader is going to short Gateway ahead of earnings. I haven't heard the stock discussed on this thread.

Is a box maker worth a P/E of 50? Some say it's up on takeover rumors. Otherwise, it seems a little pricey to me. I think they are opening retail stores, which should reduce their margins. The competition from $800 computers can't help, either.

I don't think I'd short it, but I'm curious what others think.
