My first question on these 3 bingo hall acquisitions is how much is BNGO paying for them? According to the BING press release (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/980121/tx_ms_bing_1.html), these halls are being sold for "cash and stock". I suppose we won't know such details until the deal is closed.

George, how did you arrive at that conclusion? BING owns 3 bingo operations and manages 2 others for another owner. There is no way to guess (from their 10-Q) the revenue breakdown between "our" halls and the remaining two. For all we know BING could be losing money on their 3 halls.
