Seem TXN is really accelerating their acquisitions lately.

Here's a brief description of Spectron Microsystems:

Spectron Microsystems, a Dialogic Company, is a total solution provider of
high-performance system software for digital and native signal processing
applications. Spectron, creator of SPOX, has several real-time operating systems
available for most major DSPs and Pentium processors. Coupled with Spectron's
real-time operating systems are libraries, Windows connectivity products, debugging capabilities and real-time software analysis tools that are all tightly integrated with development tools from leading DSP hardware and software suppliers. Spectron also offers custom design and consulting services to help shorten development cycles.

Mark, << TI acquisition >>

Thanks for the report. Placed another buy. Thanks to pat's insight,
I bought in yesterday. One of these days, I'll fly out her way and
pick up a dinner tab. You know, a Big Mac or something like that! :-)
Larry
P.S. May as well post it here also. HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAT MUDGE!

TI is calling itself a leader in DSP solutions. Is this in direct competition with SSPIF? Isn't that the area that SSPIF specializes in?
