Nonetheless Mark....I think that a cease trade order is certainly a negative blow to Naxos' momentum. Even if it is restricted to the Alberta exchange the mere sniff of tampering would leave investors at bay.

By the way...in some past posts someone had mentioned A.G. Edwards and quotations...my A.G. Edwards broker (whom I use for some trades) was unable to sell shares of Naxos. He claimed that "A.G. Edwards legal dept. had red-flagged the stock and he could not only not trade it...he couldn't even look up quotes." I thought that was interesting. I then called a friend at PaineWebber who laughed a bit and placed the order on my behalf.
