I have a stupid question for anyone. Did I understand correctly that BAY had service revenue of 64 millions (or about 10% of total)? Service revenue should be pretty high margin. Who and what are they servicing? Do they sell the hardware into the account and then sign on to do the maintenance? I like that kind of double dipping.
