I posted this response to that poster on the Yahoo! FIBR thread

>>>It is clear that today's sudden drop in share value was caused in part or in whole by at least one and highly likely two "short-sellers" <<<

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and to post it. Blaming today's drop on those posters is hogwash, and shows a lack of understanding of how the markets operate. The way to counter posters like this is to rationally argue your position, and convince others(perhaps even them). I personally have benefitted from the posts of shorts, as it has gotten me out of some risky positions (when they were right), and enabled me to become sanguine about the future prospects of a stock (when they were wrong, e. g. Osicom).

There is no way that these two posters cause today's decline, and will not file any complaint requesting that the gov't limit our fundamental, Constitutional right to free speech. I may not agree with what they say, but I will defend to the death their right to say it.

To the lurker from the the Yahoo thread... Reread the posts and be careful of false accusations. I've advised caution as many on this thread have with such a quick rise in price. To believe that the traders on the floor are running around making trades based on SI posts....honestly. As I mentioned I'm long, I'm concerned about the recent rise, the euphora is sometimes deafening. Be advised that I've NEVER shorted this stock. And, take posts that advise caution in stride.

I'ld be happy to see this one go to $254, but to believe that it would do it on a straight line without it's twists or turns is naive !

<< Watch your step Craig... seems like some people on the Yahoo board are pretty ticked off about you making slanderous, unfounded, incorrect & inaccurate statements about Osicom and are making complaints to the SEC about your misleading, self serving actions. >>

Go ahead, I don't care. I didn't libel anyone. That's the story of this company and it's shareholders life. Sue, sue, sue, sue.

No, we aren't going to show people the money by running our business, were going to go after everyone and sue them. That's the sign of real winners, people that have nothing better to do than sue everyone

Sue, sue, sue. That's ok, I will pay my lawyers with profits I make from shorting this joke of a company.
