Hey Swede -- I bet FGII may pick up some of that work for all those DO rig surveys and the like. (Remember -- DO CEO's brother is a salesman at FGII.)

Why wouldn't this same thing affect the other drillers?

It sounded like some kind of new restrictions or requirements they were going to have to deal with as far as inspections of the rigs. Does anyone know if that is company specific or is their some kind of OSHA like standards they have to face. If so why is this new news? I'm confused.
