Ok...so they are going to use the money to buy back stock or invest in high growth/positive NPV projects, rite?..and not to pay the CEO

Moe...I got to tell you I have totally revise my growth estimates for DIGI...the mkt is now pushing DIGI down by $1 and Nasdaq is up 8 pts I dont think people are happy about this...I saw the 98 and 99 estimates by analysts recently...its pretty good for 99 at 1.95ish ...but that was before the sell of this division do you know how much money they loss on this investment...I think people bought DIGI partly because of this line and the growth expectations of course, TLAB is killing them
