Biden evil genius perhaps...lol?? Do 'need more social workers going to homes' in the hoods helping out cause the welfare queens zonked out on who knows what 'just don't know what to do'. 'Put the record player on' listen to some good old jazz. Much better for the kids than gansta rap and hood culture..
