Why did I stay in the office for an extra two hours for that lame conference call? I was told that we would be able to ask questions. Instead we just got fat balls pitched underhand. It's now 28 million shares, not 19. Estimated EPS of 10-11. Jennifer of Preferred Financial Marketing tried to give us that "Specializing in Executive Level Staffing" BS again. Myriad price has been agreed upon. Trying to go to NASDAQ or AMEX by the end of the quarter. Does anyone here know what the AMEX requirements are? Didn't hear any mention of Tech staffing. Except the increased dilution, no big news that I saw. Still long FAMH. Jim

Like I mentioned before, there is a difference between what companies/pr firms and investors consider "major" announcements. I'm not sure what the announcement was (tho' I guess it was that an agreement was made in principle on price for Myriad). At least some of the questions I had were answered (shares outstanding - 28M ... eps for 1997 - .10). Be careful out there.
