Now all we need are good numbers from BORL.

Looking at VSGN's revenues, and using 2.5-3X revenues as a starting poing in assessing a companies worth. Which would put VSGN at minimum of about $6/share. I think that VSGN has years of solid revenue growth potential. With BORL at 10 (price at time of deal, excepting the pop to 12), they would paying about $8 per share, which seems very fair. Especially considering that BORL is paying with stock. Also very important, VSGN employees get to exchange their VSGN options for BORL options, and have strong incentive to stay put. The talent alone is worth a small fortune. Believe me, I know. Hiring talented SW engineers in the valley is difficult.

The more I consider the VSGN deal, the more I like it. Sorry Bippin and BPP, I think you are dead wrong on this one.
