Marty, noticed you made reference to Form 144. Form 144 is intent to sell by a insider or a major Stock holder. My Question is; after the filing of the 144, how long does the filer have to wait before he can sell the stock ? Does this apply to all stocks? even if they don't file with the Sec on a regular basis.
