My guess is if GTW is bought out by anyone, CPQ goes down in the short-term (i.e. TOMORROW)...if CPQ buys 'em, folks will say they paid too much, if someone else buys 'em, folks will say more competition for CPQ....

Long-term should be fine as always with CPQ.
