Furthermore, is Connectsoft trying to go with another underwriter (instead of Hampshire Securities)and is that the reason for IPO delay.

When you dodge shareholders by having the annual meeting in a Wall
Street bar, the thought process leaves everything to be desired.

In all the years in the market I have NEVER seen actions such as this.
