The Electoral College is outdated like Pony express express for mail.
So is the Third Amendment. Doesn't mean it should be ignored.

Liberals also think the Second Amendment is outdated because it only applies to muskets.

One of these days, they'll also declare the First Amendment outdated because it only applies to quill and ink or the Gutenberg printing press.
