I like that scientists are looking at alternatives but I wish they put more effort into healthier ones... but I read just the other day that some new study says we can eat loads of red meat again making what we eat seem as variable as predictions by climatologists.

Hi lh, Neighbor across the road has field of sunflower seeds - makes a beautiful looking field! I'm told that they go into birdseed and or are crushed into sunflower seed oil. Kaytee bird seed has a coop/plant about 20 miles north in Chilton Wisconsin. Hops is another alternative crop here in Wisconsin. Bob Bob
