Hello Shane:
If you have time please help with the following questions:
1. Sales to Sony were seasonally weak (20 Million). I would have
thought that Christmas sales of Playstation would have resulted in strong seasonal sales ? Comments. Also, 20
million units or dollars ?

2. What is SOC ?

3. Networking, any sense of how significant sales currently are
and how significantly these sales will grow in 1998 ?

4. Apparently Sony chips are manufactured in Japan and priced in
Yen ? If Yen appreciated in the first quarter by an amount
equivalent to the Yen depreciation in the 4th quarter we
would see $ 3 million added to the top line (assuming Yen
sales remain fairly constant) ?

5. Any comments on customers that account for more than 10%
of sales ?

6. Any comments by management regarding existing stock
buyback program or new stock buyback program ?

As always, thanks for your comments.
