It is cool but this time of year we get cool nights and mornings then shorts weather often in the afternoon. Currently at 2:40 PM PST it is 73F in my back yard. We're supposed to get mid to upper 80s by Monday as we enter another heat up period.

I took profits in KEYS at $99 as it had become one of my largest positions. If we get a big decline, I'll buy them back. It has been a great stock for us!
